Raffle Drawing Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility: The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and family members of Restek Corporation, as well as individuals affiliated with a competitor of Restek Corporation, are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The entry period begins on 2/1/2026 and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on 3/31/2026. Entries received after the end of the entry period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: To enter the raffle, participants must complete and submit the official Pittcon Master Mind Quiz and form available on our website during the entry period. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
4. Prize: The raffle winner will receive an Apple iPad (128 GB).
5. Drawing Process: The winner will be selected from all eligible entries.
6. Delivery Requirement: The prize must be delivered directly from a Restek Sales Representative and will require the winner to be present for an onsite visit to their location for delivery. The winner must coordinate with Restek for scheduling and location.
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within 10 business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven days of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
8. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Restek Corporation, which are final and binding in all respects. Restek Corporation reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control impair the integrity of the raffle.
9. Publicity: By entering, the winner consents to the use of their name and likeness in promotional materials without compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Marketing Communications: By entering the raffle, you consent to receiving marketing communications from Restek Corporation. You may unsubscribe at any time; however, doing so will render you ineligible for the raffle entry.
11. Privacy: Any personal information collected during this raffle will be used for the purpose of conducting the raffle and for signing up the participant to marketing communications from Restek Corporation. It will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the raffle.
12. Limitation of Liability: Restek is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
13. Compliance with Laws: The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
By entering this raffle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
